Innovator, entrepreneur, and community builder based in the Niagara region. With a background in kinesiology and a Master of Science in Applied Health Science from Brock University, I began my career as a registered kinesiologist in long-term care and rehabilitation. Seeing the gaps in mobility training led me to create solutions that could truly make a difference.
In 2016, I founded BISEP Innovations and developed the ARMM — an assistive device that connects a wheelchair to a walker, making ambulation training safer and more accessible even with limited staffing. Through collaborations with partners like Niagara College’s Walker Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Centre, the ARMM moved from a simple idea to clinical validation and market launch.
I now also serve as CEO of the Niagara Falls Innovation Hub, supporting startups, scale-ups, and regional economic development. My work combines health-science training, hands-on clinical insight, and entrepreneurial drive to advance assistive-technology innovation in our community.
