About Me

Advocate, and lifelong champion of culture and community. Born in wartime Poland and arriving in Canada at the end of World War II, I grew up shaped by resilience and possibility. I studied at the University of Toronto’s Royal Conservatory of Music and later at Boston University, which led to one of the most formative chapters of my life — working for eight years as Assistant to Maestro Leonard Bernstein at Amberson Productions and during his Norton Lecture Series at Harvard University.

Professional Skills

My career carried me from New York City to Florida and back to Canada. As VP of Creative Services at Felix Shagan Management in NYC, I represented Pulitzer Prize–winning photojournalists and well-known television personalities. I later served as National Executive Director of the Parkinson Foundation of Canada, and went on to found the Neuroscience Center of Excellence at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and later as VP of Community Development and Planned Giving.

Down Time

For the past 20 years, I’ve called Niagara-on-the-Lake home — grateful for a lifetime of music, art, volunteer work, and the privilege of supporting others through community leadership.
